E’ Il luogo di sintesi delle nostre attività agricole, uno spazio accogliente dove potrete gustare i nostri prodotti sapientemente cucinati da mani esperte.
Noi di Terrapeutica crediamo in un’agricoltura biologico/biodinamica grazie alla quale i prodotti coltivati nei nostri campi ritrovano il loro naturale equilibrio con i sapori autentici di una volta, diventando alleati preziosi per il raggiungimento del nostro benessere, restituendo così al pasto un ruolo importante per una vita sana.
Per questo motivo abbiamo scelto di fare pane e pasta fatta in casa, con farine ottenute da grani antichi biologici che, attraverso la macinatura a pietra, conservano inalterate le proprietà organolettiche del germe di grano.
Le nostre ricette rispettano la stagionalità delle verdure e delle erbe spontanee: i nostri piatti sono così arricchiti con il massimo delle proprietà nutritive e, attraverso un percorso culinario di degustazioni, anche per vegetariani, vi regaleremo ogni volta sensazioni diverse.

This is where all of our farming activities come together, a cosy space where you can taste our products, skilfully cooked by capable hands.
All of us in Terrapeutica believe in a biodynamic and organic farming, as a result of which our produce will rediscover its natural balance and authentic traditional taste, and thus become precious allies for our well-being, bringing back to meals an important role for a healthy life.
For these reasons we have chosen to make homemade bread and pasta, with flours obtained from ancient organic stone-ground wheat which preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat germ.
Because we respect the natural sequence of produce, our recipes are based on seasonal vegetables and wild aromatic herbs so that our meals are enriched with the maximum nutritional qualities.As we follow the natural sequence of seasons, our meals, also suitable for vegetarians, change so that you can continually experience fresh flavour sensations.
